Job Description:
An insurance company is searching for a person to fill their
position for a Remote Group Benefit New Issue Billing
Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
Deliver of New Business and Add Issue invoices within 8 day
turn-around
Scrub assigned cases within 48 hours to ensure timely turn-around
time
Be the point of contact for field partners for service inquiries
related to accurate bill set-up
Skills and Requirements Include:
Working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong Excel skills a must - V-Look Ups, pivot tables,
formatting
Strong interpersonal/relationship building, teamwork, and
influencing skills
Strong influencing skills to drive right billing solution for
customer
Good time-management skills
