neurological conditions. In Specialty Care, youll help deliver
breakthrough treatments that bring hope to patients with some of
the highest unmet needs. The Contract Manager is responsible for
contract analytics of the top national accounts relating to
Commercial Contract, Medicare Part D, Medical Claims.
Responsibilities include timely and accurate analyses of payments
to identify trends and to validate adjudicating payments are in
accordance with contracted terms and conditions. The Contract
Manager will conduct this analysis for Sanofis business units
including, but not limited to, General Medications and Specialty.
The analysis would be presented to management and business partners
on a monthly or quarterly basis to support account performance
measurements. The candidate will have a fundamental understanding
of contract strategies, markets, and Sanofi companies products.
This position will work in close cooperation with the Contract
Operations Senior Manager and counterparts in Contract Development,

peoples lives. Main Responsibilities: Analytics and Reporting on 2
Top National Accounts; Zinc & Caremark Manage all aspects of
contracts including fully understanding the terms and conditions to
appropriately set up contracts, update for contract amendments and
adjudicate claims accurately. Illustrate deep understanding of the
contract and be able to effectively interpret and analyze key
components of the contract. Analyze rebate payments utilizing
reporting tools and third party data sources to compare quarterly
(or monthly) sales, rebates and market share trends. Robust
understanding and analysis of variances vs. prior periods. Provide
meaningful, concise trending and variance commentary to Senior
Management as needed. Cross functional communication with Contract
Development and Account teams, ensuring understanding and awareness
of customer issues. Data validation to ensure contract compliance
on utilization based agreements Verify that all product and
eligible members comply with contract requirements interact with
customers and account managers to resolve any data discrepancies
Analyze product formulary placement and utilization management
policy to ensure appropriate contract tier placement and rebate
payment Analyze contract exceptions for interpretation in the
system(s) for accuracy of calculations/process compliance Ensure
all payments are fully compliant with the terms of the contract.
Participate in ad hoc projects. About You Education: Bachelors
Degree. Required Experience and Skills: 3 years work experience in
the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry Deep analytical skills
Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to clearly
communicate the complicated analysis to the business parties
Independent problem solving and leadership skills in managing the
account Professional manner and tact Organized, accurate and detail
oriented, disciplined and dedicated to superior quality work Strong
sense of commitment and teamwork Ability to work independently
Ability to multi-task and meet established deadlines Proficient in
Microsoft Office Tools Preferred Experience and Skills: Bachelors
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Experience with rebate
invoice processing in pharma Strong Excel skills Model N experience
