Trade Support Representative Contract Length: 12 Month contract On
Site Location: New York, NY 10282 Ref 245100 We are seeking a
detail-oriented and analytical Trade Settlements Associate to join
our Global Markets Operations team. This role sits at the core of
the trade lifecycle, ensuring the accurate and timely settlement of
equities, fixed income, and other asset classes across global
markets. You will play a critical role in safeguarding the firm and
our clients by managing trade settlements, overseeing asset
transfers (electronic and physical), and supporting portfolio
restructuring activities. This is a high-visibility role that
partners closely with Front Office, Middle Office, Legal,
Compliance, and external counterparties to deliver seamless client

Required Qualifications Minimum Bachelor’s Degree 3–4 years of
relevant experience in Global Markets Operations, Trade Support, or
Middle Office Experience at a large financial institution (e.g.,
GS, MS, JP, Citi, Barclays, State Street, BlackRock, Broadridge,
etc.) Experience supporting equities and fixed income products
Familiarity with settlement platforms, custody frameworks, and
post-trade controls Demonstrated experience driving process
improvement or control enhancement initiatives Strong analytical
and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated control mindset
Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Excellent
communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to
diverse stakeholders Self-motivated, proactive team player with
strong ownership mentality Ability to manage competing priorities
in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong organizational
skills and dedication to operational excellence Key
Responsibilities Own and manage end-to-end trade settlement
processes across asset classes, including equities and fixed income
Coordinate asset transfers and corporate distribution movements
with internal stakeholders and external counterparties Ensure all
trade and transfer details are accurately captured, validated, and
reconciled Proactively identify breaks, discrepancies, and control
gaps within the settlement and transfer lifecycle Investigate and
resolve settlement issues to mitigate operational and financial
risk Partner with Middle Office, Trading Desks, Legal, and
Compliance to support efficient trade flow and portfolio
restructuring Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
to enhance control, reduce risk, and improve scalability Maintain
strong documentation and adherence to regulatory and internal
