Automotive Service Receptionist/Cashier Full-Time Opportunity 5 Day
Work Week - 40 hours Monday - Friday and rotating Saturdays Service
Hours - 7:30AM - 7:00 PM Monday through Friday 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Job Description & Duties: Handles transactions for services and
parts, playing a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities: • Reconciliation of customer bills is a
key responsibility. • Receipt of cash, checks, and credit card
payments from customers, with accurate recording of received
amounts. • Provision of change to customers and issuance of
receipts. • Handling of customer complaints with integrity and
composure; referral of dissatisfied customers to the appropriate
individuals for resolution when necessary. • Maintenance and filing
of repair orders, parts invoices, and rental forms; compilation of
lists of missing documents. • Closure of all open invoices. •
Reconciliation of gas purchase statements. • Assistance to the
service and parts department by providing telephone coverage. •
Provision of clerical and secretarial support to parts and service
departments. • Collaboration with department manager to stay
informed about new products and services, including their features,
value, and any changes in price. • Maintenance of a professional
appearance at all times. • Ensuring a neat and clean work area. •
Performance of other duties as assigned. Note: Additional
