Job Description:

$60,000 - $70,000 Per Year; 35 hours Per Week, Monday-Friday
Full-Time, Exempt, Non-Union Position

To develop programs to meet the needs of the target population and research and complete grant applications to support those programs developed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Research and identify grant opportunities.
*Collect and analyze community needs data in order to develop target populations to serve.
*Meet with Program Directors and the Management Team to identify program goals and needs; develop grant applications including budgets. Coordinates grant development with other planner[s]. Monitors work assignments
*Prepare and submit required program reports for funding sources on a timely basis.
*Serves as liaison with Program Directors regarding Case Management Software System to ensure utilization of the tracking system and reporting functionality
*Represent the Agency at various meeting and events, as requested by the RDP Director. Performs a community relation's role, providing positive reinforcement of Agency programs and activities.
Attend community and program related meetings, as requested by the RDP Director; summarize and present information back to the RDP Director
Supervisor of projects including Community Needs Assessment, Community Services Block Grant Annual Report, and Annual Organizational Standard review. Assumes Division Supervision in absence of the RDP Director.
Provide technical assistance to programs as requested, to maintain program success. Maintains relationships with Program Supervisors to identify future collaborations, data sources, and program accountability.
Perform various program related errands, such as attending meetings, presentations, deliveries and assistance at Agency functions.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Service Related field plus 2 years experience
Additional experience may substitute for Degree.
Experience should be in grant/proposal writing, report writing, community planning; analyzing/collecting needs data and program development.
Supervision experience a must.
Ideal candidate will have documented experience working, volunteering or managing programs at the community level.
