Communicate professionally and respectfully with homeowners to explain issues and solutions. Maintain strict adherence to the National Electrical Code (NEC) and all safety regulations. Accurately document completed work, time, and materials. Ensure all installations and repairs meet Premier’s quality standards for cleanliness, durability, and performance. Operate and maintain company-provided tools, equipment, and vehicles responsibly. Represent the company brand with integrity, cleanliness, and professionalism on every job. Collaborate with team members and leadership to complete jobs efficiently and on time. Stay current on industry best practices and code updates through training and certifications.
