Job Description:
Shift: 1st Shift (with daily overtime – typically starts 1 hour
early) Type: Temp-to-Hire Job Description: We are seeking a
reliable and motivated Machine Operator to run older-style machines
that operate with oil in a traditional manufacturing environment.
This is a 1st shift position with daily overtime , usually starting

oil-lubricated mechanical equipment in a safe and efficient manner
Monitor machine performance and perform basic maintenance (oil
levels, cleaning, etc.) Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
during and after production Maintain a clean and organized work
area Follow all safety rules and production procedures What We're
Looking For: Experience operating older or oil-run machines
preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Mechanically
inclined with a good eye for detail Reliable, punctual, and willing
to work overtime regularly Eagerness to learn and grow within the
