Unit:Council 94, Local 1010 DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: The
Electronics and Instrumentation Technician II is responsible for
installing, maintaining, and calibrating a variety of low voltage (
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
One year of experience in wastewater process control and
instrumentation repair; or an equivalent combination of education
and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential
duties of the job. Experience working with 4-20 mA current loops,
pressure calibrators and multimeters is preferred JOB KNOWLEDGE AND
SKILLS : Installing and calibrating electronics and
instrumentation; Following applicable safety principles Proficient
using pressure calibrators, multimeters, and temperature standards;
General knowledge of wastewater treatment plant process; Knowledge
of electronics and instrumentation equipment used in wastewater
process control. Basic mechanical and repair principles;
Preventative maintenance principles and practices used in process
control equipment. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS : At time of hire must have
a Grade I Waste Water Treatment Operator License and a valid
Driver’s License in good standing. AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT
