Job Description Well-established women’s healthcare group in Northern CT seeks additional GYN for office only. Boutique women’s healthcare group in CT with 2 GYN physicians and 1 APRN seeks GYN physician interested in doing office GYN only. They might consider someone interested in doing major surgery, but that person would have to work out coverage arrangements with another local group (it wouldn’t be difficult, but would have to be discussed and arranged). Their APRN is reducing her hours, and so they would like to add another physician provider to their office. They are looking for someone who is passionate about patient care and conscientious and who enjoys working with a diverse patient population. The providers average a patient every 15-20 minutes and work 6-hour blocks, seeing between 20-30 patients per day. They have 2 offices (Waterbury and Southbury) and would like to hire a provider who is mid-career with a good work ethic. This practice has great infrastructure and has a great relationship with QUEST; they have their own mammography and bone density machines, which bring in additional income. Offer includes competitive salary and benefits package, profit sharing, and bonus incentives.
