Job Description:
Key Human Services, Inc. creates opportunities for men, women

work and a presence in their communities. Key Human Services is
seeking Associate Program Directors to join our team of
professionals in making a positive difference in the lives of our
neighbors and the community. The Associate Program Director IFS is
an assistant management position, and acts as the primary back-up
for the Program Director. Performs a combination of both direct
care and supervisory level job functions as delegated by the
Program Director. Responsibilities Include: Teach and assist with
daily living skills like cooking and light housekeeping Provide and
assist with direct care such as personal care and hygiene
Coordinate day-to-day operations, serving as a lead person in the
program to assist with scheduling and training program staff Assist
with supervising and completing various aspects of program
operations including the physical site, staff, and individuals
supported Assist in coordinating, prioritizing and scheduling
supports for individuals in the program Assist in keeping families,
legal guardians, case managers and Key's management personnel
informed of relevant activities, incidents and/or changes in
conditions Assist in developing a staffing schedule that ensures
sufficient, appropriately qualified and adequately trained
personnel are available to meet the needs of the individuals being
supported Assist in developing and implementing goals for
individuals' plans and collect necessary data Provide emergency
back-up coverage as needed Support individuals to become
independent, make decisions, and live a meaningful dignified life
with valued social roles (ex: friend, neighbor, student, employee)
Position Details: Pay rate is $18.50 per hour Full-time positions

Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent; College degree is
preferred (degrees and/or credits earned outside of the United
States must be evaluated for equivalency) Valid Connecticut
driver's license with a five year clean driving history Three years
of related work experience in Human Services Reliable vehicle with
valid automobile insurance Effective communication skills, both
verbal and written Successful completion of the pre-employment
process, including motor vehicle record and criminal background
checks Preferred Qualifications: Supervisory experience is
preferred Current CPR and First Aid certification and Medication
Administration certification preferred Demonstrated reliable and
