• Oversee technical support and spares supply agreement for over 500 railway vehicles.
• Supervise maintenance through the execution phase.
• Manage profits and losses, and fulfill all maintenance contract requirements.
• Manage customer relations and lead discussions on scope, cost, and schedule changes.
• Identify potential problems and develop contingency plans.
• Drive schedule for service mobilization, milestones, material delivery, and acceptance.
• Prepare and deliver project reports, customer progress reports, change proposals, and presentations.
• Track and optimize project metrics such as reliability, safety, and availability.
• Communicate project expectations clearly to team members and partners.
• Define project requirements and strategies to meet goals.
• Ensure legal and contractual compliance in maintenance activities.
• Collaborate during commissioning and warranty phases, including readiness checks and infrastructure reviews.Requirements:Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with 72 months of experience in project management or similar roles. Experience should include:

• Managing cross-organizational projects with responsibility for results, quality, schedule, and EHS.
• Developing project strategies and aligning targets.
• Performing maintenance management, including team management, administration, controlling, logistics, and planning.
• Overseeing project finances, including adherence to financial targets and risk assessments.50% domestic travel required; 100% telecommuting permitted.
