We are part of the nationwide Trinity Health family bringing compassionate care to our communities.:Assists in processing physician prescriptions to ensure medications are promptly, accurately, and safely filled. Prepares various medications and assists supervising pharmacist. Assists with patient questions and service.     • full time 32hrs rotating shifts-- shift and weekend differentials apply!You Will Be Responsible For:
      • Exceptional Patient Care: Maintain automated dispensing machines (ADMs) stock levels by loading and refilling medications including narcotics for all in-patients
      • Technical Familiarity: Package and distribute drugs and sterile products; may include but not limited to preparing IV admixtures, solutions, and other sterile products and chemotherapy; dispense controlled drugs with supervision of a pharmacist to anesthetists, and for delivery to ADM machines; inspect assigned nursing units for proper drug storage, stability and expiration dates as well as maintaining proper drug reliability in the pharmacy---Requirements:
        • High school graduate or equivalent. Completion of a hospital-based, community college or military technician training program preferable
        • State Pharmacy Technician registration must be current; or registration as a Pharmacy Intern and actively enrolled in a school of pharmacy program.Preferred Skills: ---
          • PTCB National Certification (CPhT) desired, not required
