We are Aspire Living & Learning , a non-profit human services agency making a meaningful difference in the lives of adults and children with autism and other disabilities.

Aspire Living & Learning is currently seeking a Clinical Supervisor, Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). As a collaborating member of the leadership team, the Clinical Supervisor oversees a
clinical team within their certified field (e.g., Mental Health, Behavior Analysts) who are responsible for ensuring implementation of system-wide, class-wide, and individualized academic, behavioral and social skills programming for students within an educational setting.

  • Supports the Service Area Director and leadership team in collecting and analyzing
    program-wide or school-wide data, as applicable.
  • Making system-wide changes based on those data using evidence-based practices.
  • Oversees implementation of evidence-base practices as assessed and prescribed by their clinical team.
  • Provide quality and ethical supervision within their area of expertise, including those
    aspiring for certification/licensure in their field.
  • Assist Service Area Director, and other clinical supervisors, with maintenance and improvement in evidence-based staff training
    and on-going feedback delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with all members of the leadership team, as well as with other
    clinical supervisors, to employ Aspire's Mission, Vision and Core Values in the school
    setting.
  • Initiate and facilitate collaboration with an interdisciplinary team (e.g., SLP, OT, PT,
    School Psychologist and Behavior Analysts) and client stakeholders.
  • Collaborates with other service lines across the agency to ensure consistency of practices and standards.
    Education, experience and other requirements.
  • Holds at least a Master's Degree and current licensure in respective field (e.g., BCBA,
    psychology, school psychology)
  • Meets standardized requirements and supervisory experience for certified/licensed
    field
