Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and provide direct patient care using the nursing process.
  
• Implement hospital and clinical services objectives, policies, and procedures for your shift.
  
• Monitor department activity, including patient flow and staffing, ensuring optimal care delivery.

  Requirements:

  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
    
  • Evidence of enrollment in a BSN program.
    
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience, with leadership experience required.
    
  • Licensed in the State of Vermont.
    
  • Strong clinical nursing skills and leadership ability.
    
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
