Clinical Director, you will: - Oversee all clinical and
administrative operations within your region, ensuring high-quality
service delivery - Drive regional excellence by meeting client
satisfaction, retention, and financial goals - Collaborate with
senior leaders to develop regional business strategies and foster
growth - Lead and support a team of supervisors, promoting a
positive, collaborative culture - Utilize data to guide clinical
quality initiatives and optimize outcomes - Maintain regulatory and
licensure compliance across all locations Qualifications - Active
BCBA Certification required - Active LBA Certification in the state
of New York as issued by the New York State Education Department
Office of the Professions - At least 3-5 years of demonstrated
clinical and operations management experience - Master’s Degree or
higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
