Job Title: L&D RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (19:00 - 07:30) Experience: 2 years required License: Active RN license Certifications: ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, BLS, NRP Must-Have: - Experience in high-risk antepartum care and triage of obstetrical patients. - Skills in maintaining central lines (CVC/PICC) and managing various medication drips. - Ability to assist with high-risk and vaginal deliveries, as well as circulate for C-sections. - Experience with sterile vaginal exams. Description: Looking for a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to join our team for night shifts. The facility has an average of 200-300 births per month. Candidates should have experience with high-risk pregnancies and related procedures. The unit accepts first-time travelers with experience across multiple facilities in Labor and Delivery. Candidates must be proficient in the use of intrauterine pressure catheters (IUPC) and managing anticoagulants and antihypertensives. Successful candidates will participate in the delivery process and provide care for obstetrical patients in a high-stakes environment.
