Job Description WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Waterbury, Connecticut. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel WCS Healthcare is currently seeking a Medical Surgical Nurse a for a 13-week contract assignment at a Prestigious Hospital in Waterbury, CT. Travelers can earn up to $2,200 per week for this role. Job Function: /n - Night Shift. /n - 3x12. /n - Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients on the Medical-Surgical unit, monitoring vital signs and assessing overall patient condition. /n /n - Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and safety. /n /n - Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. /n /n - Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions. /n /n - Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records while adhering to hospital policies and safety standards. /n /n /n /n Job Requirements: /n - Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN). /n /n - Current State Registered Nurse (RN) license, or willingness to obtain. /n /n - 2 years of acute care experience in this specialty. /n /n - BLS certification from the American Heart Association. /n /n - ACLS certification required. /n /n /n /nDisclosure: The hourly rates and/or salaries listed may or may not reflect total compensation packages including bonus and fringe benefits, etc., nor are the advertisement(s) posted a guarantee of a certain compensation package for a position or bona fide offer of employment.
