Job Description:
A health center in Connecticut is seeking a licensed
Psychiatrist to treat both children and adults in the outpatient
setting. About the Opportunity: Schedule: Monday-Friday Hours:
9am-5pm Call: None Setting: Outpatient Patient population: Both
children and adults Responsibilities: Provide outpatient
psychiatric evaluation and medication management Prescribe, direct,
and administer treatments or medications to treat psychiatric
disorders Collaborate with primary care physicians and other
providers Discuss care plans and progress in collaborative team
approach model Collect, record, and maintain patient information,
such as medical histories, reports, and examination results Review
patient histories and perform physical examinations Qualifications:
Licensed to practice medicine in the State of Connecticut Board
Certified/Eligible in Adult and Child/Adolescent Psychiatry
