Job Description:
Very established practice in Western Connecticut only 90 minutes
to NYC looking for a new Primary Care provider to replace a
departing physician and to accommodate a growing patient
population. You will join five physicians and four APPs. The
practice has been operating for almost 40 years, very financially
stable and provides an outstanding work / life balance with
flexible scheduling. It is most important to the practice the
physician is fulfilled professionally and personally. Monday
through Friday with 36 patient contact hours. Outpatient only
position. Rotating Saturday 9a - 12p with on call weekend with a
1:4 call schedule - telephone call only. Competitive salary plus
production bonuses. revenue collected for services rendered.
Baseline of revenue to collect and % of overage, TBD Even mix of
patients between private insurance, medicare and medicaid. CME time
and , paid malpractice, 7 paid holidays, sick time and vacation
PTO. Private practice for over 30 years in same community. PCMH
accredited. Members of an ACO and PHO. Currently have 30 total
staff. Staff work hard every day for every patient. Every patient
gets the time and attention necessary to assist them. Staff and
providers work as a team to make each day the best it can be. Staff
