Job Description:
We are seeking a board-certified Primary Care Physician to join
our established practice. The ideal candidate will provide
comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, including
preventive care, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic
illnesses, health maintenance, and patient education. This is an
excellent opportunity for a mid-to-late career physician with 15
years of primary care experience seeking a stable, long-term
practice with a supportive and collegial team. Responsibilities:
Conduct patient examinations, diagnose conditions, and develop
individualized treatment plans Manage chronic diseases such as
diabetes, hypertension, and asthma Order and interpret diagnostic
tests Prescribe medications and therapies Coordinate care with
specialists when needed Maintain accurate medical records and
ensure high-quality patient care Provide patient education and
preventive care guidance
