providing comprehensivecare to mothers and newborns throughout the
entire childbirth process, fromlabor and delivery to immediate
recovery and postpartum care. Keyresponsibilities include
monitoring maternal and fetal well-being,administering medications,
coaching patients through labor, assisting duringdelivery, and
educating families on infant care. Needs to be comfortable in theOR
setting and act as baby RN. Burdett follows an LDRP model level 1
with specialcare nursery. St. Peter s Hospital aligns as a level 3.
