Job Description:
The Department of Otolaryngology at Bon Secours Charity Health
System, a member of The Westchester Medical Center Health Network
(WMCHealth) is seeking a board certified or board eligible,
fellowship-trained Pediatric Otolaryngologist. The academic
practice is affiliated with New York Medical College, Westchester
Medical Center and Maria Fareri Children's Hospital in Valhalla,
New York. The qualified candidate will join our existing group of
(five) pediatric Otolaryngologists, and may have the opportunity to
be involved in the teaching and supervision of Residents and
Physician Assistants at our academic affiliate locations. Salary
and academic appointment dependent on years of experience. Practice
locations will be in Rockland and Orange County. Qualifications /
Requirements: The successful candidate will be certified by the
American Board of Otolaryngology or actively participating in the
certification process and must obtain a New York State medical
license. Fellowship training in Pediatric Otolaryngology is
required. About Us: Maria Fareri Children's Hospital is the
children's hospital for New York's Hudson Valley region and
Fairfield County, Connecticut. This 136-bed advanced pediatrics
facility in Valhalla, NY, cares for the region's most seriously ill
and injured children, including those in need of cardiac surgery,
neurosurgery, hematology and oncology treatments, organ transplants
and other specialty pediatric services. Maria Fareri Children's
Hospital is also home to the area's only Pediatric Intensive Care
Unit, Level I pediatric trauma- and burn-care programs and its
