Job Description:

the E3 General Medicine floor. This role involves providing
high-quality, compassionate nursing care to a diverse patient
population, managing both acute and chronic medical conditions. As

direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients. Assess patient
conditions and develop appropriate nursing care plans. Administer
medications and treatments accurately and safely. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Educate patients and families on health care management and
preventive measures. Participate in research and quality
improvement initiatives. Proficient in nursing protocols and
patient care Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong
organizational and problem-solving skills Competent in using
healthcare technology and electronic health records Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiac Life
Support (ACLS) certification preferred
