This role is pivotal in delivering high-level care in a specialized unit focusing on complex patient needs. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team that contributes to our mission of enhancing patient outcomes through exceptional clinical practice, education, and research. Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate utilizing computerized documentation systems. Instruct and educate patients and families through the continuum of care. Participate in the development of patient treatment plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician in an accurate and timely manner. Perform physical assessments and diagnostic tests. Engage in research activities and collaborate with team members to ensure best practices. Strong clinical skills in a hospital setting Ability to perform patient assessments and monitoring Proficient in using medical software for patient documentation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Capable of handling intense and high-stress situations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current registered nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification recommended
