Clinical Nurse II for its dynamic Float Pool. This full-time
position requires a versatile nursing professional who is adept at
adjusting to varying clinical settings, providing consistent,
high-quality care across multiple departments. By joining our float
pool, you will play a critical role in maintaining seamless
healthcare services, adapting to different medical teams, and
ensuring patient care standards are met and exceeded in various
units of the hospital. Provide comprehensive nursing care in
various departments, adjusting to the specifics of each unit.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective
patient treatment and safety. Maintain flexibility and readiness to
function in different clinical settings based on the hospital's
daily needs. Document patient care services and treatments
accurately, maintaining confidentiality and adherence to
professional standards. Participate in ongoing education and
training to meet the requirements of different units within the
hospital. Support patient and family education concerning illness
treatment and management. Strong clinical skills with the ability
to adapt to diverse medical environments Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills High level of professionalism and
flexibility Ability to manage stress and maintain performance in
varied settings Proficient in electronic healthcare record systems

Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment Basic Life
Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
(ACLS) Certification preferable
