Job Description Seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to
join our team in western Vermont. Details: Position includes
responsibilities at two locations ~15miles apart 4-day work week –
flexible hours On-Call 3 weeks per year on average EMR system is
Medent Join a multi-site FQHC serving 80% of the primary care needs
in our county We are a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and
provides a network of Family Practitioners, Internists,
Psychiatrists, Dentists, and Social Workers. Our sites are
certified Level 111 Medical Homes, with a highly developed and
supportive panel management and case management system in place.
