Berkshire Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Certified Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team of healthcare professionals in providing exceptional rehabilitation and skilled nursing care. As a key member of our rehab team, you will work under the direction of a licensed physical therapist to implement treatment plans that help patients regain functionality and mobility. The ideal candidate should possess a strong commitment to improving patient health and a deep understanding of physical therapy modalities. Assist physical therapists in the implementation of treatment plans. Perform therapeutic interventions as directed by a supervisor. Document patient’s response to treatment and progress towards recovery. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and maintenance exercises. Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment to ensure safety. Proficiency in executing physical therapy treatments Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to document treatment results accurately Understanding of safety protocols and equipment maintenance Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid Physical Therapist Assistant state license CPR certification
