Job Description \n Provide medical care ranging from minor incidents to acting as a first responder. \n Support and assist Safety Managers in coordinating and managing health services. \n Maintain workers compensation information for claims, and help schedule doctor visits and transportation. \n Coordinate and perform pre-employment physicals and drug testing (post-offer, accident, and random). \n Develop and implement employee health and wellness programs such as health assessments, immunization programs, medical care, wellness education, counseling, etc. \n Maintain active and positive ongoing relationship with local occupational health clinic. \n Manage hearing conservation, heat stress, respiratory protection and ergonomics programs including development and delivery of employee training. \n All other relevant duties to the job. \n \n Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) required OR Certified EMT, Paramedic, etc. \n Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN) certification or willingness to obtain. \n Prior occupational health experience within a similar environment preferred. \n Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN) certification or willingness to obtain. \n Ability to ensure confidentiality of employee health information. \n Knowledge of OSHA, ADA, FMLA regulations. \n Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills. \n
