Minimum Qualifications: * Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution. * Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. * Valid medical license to practice in the state of employment. * Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in a primary care setting. * Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) system, Epic. * Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, ideal but not required. * Participation in quality improvement initiatives. Responsibilities: * Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations. * Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses, providing evidence-based treatment options. * Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and healthcare team members. * Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
