NP or PA needed in Troy, NY Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM About the Role: Annual physicals and wellness exams Sick visits and treatment of minor injuries Immunizations and diagnostic testing Preventive health education and lifestyle counseling You ll also have the opportunity to guide patients through
meaningful lifestyle changes supporting smoking cessation, healthy
eating, weight management, and exercise. This role allows you to

York State that prioritize underserved populations. Compensation & Benefits: Salary range: $100,000 $140,000 annually Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and
