Seeking Board CertifiedPrimary Care Physician to care for patients in a nursing home setting.

This is a full-time, permanent position"ideal for a physician who values autonomy, balance, and long-term stability.

• MD/DO, Board Certifiedin Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Active New York medical license
• DEA license (or eligibility to obtain)
