Large off premise catering company looking for a full time chef.
One of the area's hottest catering companies looking to catapult to
the next level, seeking a hard working, talented, chef who has the
ability to produce and create Great food, understands food cost,
portion size, production and prep schedules and can execute an
event from 2 - 2000. Candidate should have extensive culinary
knowledge, understand the catering environment and all of the
craziness that ensues. The opportunity is boundless. Owner looking
to the future and legacy - as the right candidate wil lhave an
opportunity for partial or full ownership, can build a repuitation
