A freelance marketplace is filling a position for a Remote
Technical Support Specialist. Must be able to:Create and updating
documentation around customer service issues and knowledge base
entriesOffer timely support to all customers and developers for any
incoming inquiries or issuesAssist in de-escalating and mediating
issues between developers and clientsApplicants must meet the
following qualifications: Ability to self-direct and self-manage in
a fast paced environment1-3 years minimum of relevant
