A department store chain has an open position for a Remote
Principal Color Developer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following
responsibilities:
Foster an environment and culture of innovative thought,
communication, and expression to advance Owned Brand product
innovation
Filter, prioritize and align color innovation projects to the core
business strategies and key initiatives
Develop industry-changing products, technology, and/or processes
ensure company products are leading the industry
Skills and Requirements Include:
Expert knowledge of Color theory
15 years related industry experience
Expert technical knowledge of color theory, dyeing, polymers and
printing and finishing processes
Experience in engineering and validating guest-centric performance
claims
