Job Description:

Job Description 1. S/he will install new software. 2. S/he will install and/or repair hardware. 3. S/he will develop training materials and procedures and/or train employees on the use of new and existing software. 4. S/he will assist the Director of I.S. with the management of the electronic billing software and customize software as required. 5. S/he answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware 6. S/he will be on-call to respond to the problems of Connecticut Counseling Centers, Inc.---s Network & Information Systems. 7. S/he will generate documents, spreadsheets and data reports to be used by staff members in their job performance. 8. S/he will be responsible for the smooth operations of the network systems. 9. S/he will maintain current Competency Standards of programming languages, operating systems, networking and computer technology to assist in the maintenance of Connecticut Counseling Centers, Inc.---s computer systems. 10. S/he will perform data backups and disaster recovery operations 11. S/he will plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures to protect data, software and hardware 12. S/he will implement and provide technical support for voice services and equipment such as voice mail system and telecom systems. 13. S/he will maintain an inventory of hardware and software 14. S/he will maintain CCC---s website 15. S/he will perform additional duties as assigned.
