Job Description - Sr. Technical Security Lead, North America (353756) Job Description Sr. Technical Security Lead, North America ( Job Number: 353756 ) Description The purpose of this role is to provide application security assurance and guidance. This will require stakeholder influence with the NA region, focusing on the project lifecycle and security related improvements to IT\business process. The incumbent will be responsible/ownership for -helping ensure and assure that what projects deliver is safe and secure, and compliant to our Information Security policy and standards. This role is primarily responsible for NA project assurance and reports to the North America Head of Technical Security, it will also be a primary -helping ensure and assure that what projects deliver is safe and secure, and compliant to our Information Security policy and standards. This role is primarily responsible for NA project assurance and reports to the North America Head of Technical Security, it will also be a primary Qualifications 1 Security assurance, assessments, advisory of NA IT and Business projects. Build Permit & Agile.
- 2 Participate in SDLC and Agile projects as the lead NA RISO team security representative, driving good practice through consultancy and advice. 3 Monitor and advise on Security issue management identified through projects. 4 Provide technical security advise guidance where required aligned to Chubbs Information Security policy, standards, and industry practice. 5 Help support, implement, and monitor standards with regional\outsourced IT and Development 6 Collaborate, guide, and influence NA IT and Business units, to correct non-compliant processes identified by security tools and processes, with a focus on local requirements where necessary. 7 Identify gaps in technical security policy and process, help develop standards and processes. 8 Assist and contribute to strategic, global, and regional security project plans and deployment within NA. 9 Provide metrics and mechanism for gathering metrics -for -relevant areas of responsibility -when required In Jersey City, NJ the pay range for the role is $106,500 to $176,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant's skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
