Fidelity Investments is seeking a Vice President, Associate

insurance, and investment sectors. Situated in Boston, MA, and
reporting to our senior management, your role will involve
overseeing complex legal issues, managing a team of dedicated legal
professionals, and providing strategic advice to support our
mission of client-focused service and innovation. We seek a
candidate who excels in leadership and possesses extensive
experience in legal matters related to financial services. Your
responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with federal and
state regulations, advising on legal risks, managing litigation,
and drafting critical documents. This role offers the opportunity

Oversee and provide guidance on legal matters within the
