Job Description Job Description CNC Operator – 2nd Shift Location: Croton-on-Hudson, NY Compensation: $18.00 – $3300 per hour shift differential Job Type: Full-Time Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a CNC Setup Operator to join their 2nd shift team at their facility in Croton-on-Hudson, NY area. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment with opportunities for training and growth. PROGRAMMING EXPERIENCE Key Responsibilities Set up and calibrate CNC machines according to specifications. Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to maintain quality standards. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime. Work with production teams to implement process improvements. Document setup procedures and machine performance. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED (college degree a plus). Previous CNC setup/operation experience preferred; training available for motivated candidates. Experience in Setup, Running & Programming of CNC machines. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Able to lift up to 30 lbs. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and meet ITAR/DOD compliance requirements.
