Clinician MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: LCSW, LPC or LMFT eligible required Minimum of 5 years' experience in community based programsClinical experience and knowledge regarding adolescent development, mental illness, influences of trauma, and coping skillsAbility to lead and provide clinical supervision and support to other cliniciansExcellent communication skillsAbility to formulate positive collaborative relationships with the community, funding sources, governmental relations and our client basePersonal Effectiveness/CredibilityCommunication ProficiencyCollaboration Skills ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Direct client care including individual, family, and group therapies, as well as case management servicesMaintain a caseload that is high enough to translate to a minimum of 22 billable hours (approx. 25-30 cases, but can vary). A corrective action plan between clinician and supervisor will be implemented if this minimum is not met on a regular basis. Adhere to and implement Wellness Center policies and procedures related to clinical care ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS CONTINUED: Engage in Supervision on a regular basis as Directed by Wellness Center Director and Medical DirectorProduce thoughtful, clinically sound and high quality written documentation including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notesCommunicate with the Wellness Center Director regularly, relating clinic utilization, clinic activities, and other clinic related issuesParticipate in marketing activities related to promoting the CJR Wellness Center as requested by Wellness Center DirectorLiaison with community members around the function of and activities associated with the CJR Wellness CenterMaintain all necessary paperwork as it relates to third party billingMaintain files and ensure paperwork is filed in a timely fashionBehave Ethically: Understand ethical behavior and business practices, and ensure that own behavior and the behavior of others is consistent with these standards and aligns with the values of the organizationFocus on Client Needs: Anticipate, understand, and respond to the needs of internal and external clients to meet or exceed their expectations within program parametersAbility to communicate, cooperate and serve people from all cultural identities with respect, professionalism, integrity and fairness in a manner that recognizes the individuality of each personFoster Teamwork: Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions that enhance program effectivenessRegular and consistent attendancePerforms other duties as assigned by supervisor
