Represent the state's #1 heating and cooling professionals. In-home sales with pre-set confirmed appointments. No cold-calling. Straight commission + bonuses. Territory is the entire state of Connecticut.

As an In-Home Sales Consultant, you will give in-home presentations to educate customers on their heating and cooling options.

The objective is to provide the customer with a home comfort solution and a superb in-home shopping experience, with the ultimate goal of leaving with a signed contract.

As an In-Home Sales Consultant, you will:

  • Build trust with customers
  • Give in-home presentations that highlight our industry-leading products and services
  • Take accurate measurements and pictures
  • Provide quotes and paperwork for potential customers

Many of our most successful people have come from direct sales backgrounds such as autos, mortgages, and insurance sales. While in-home sales experience is ideal, the ability to communicate and build rapport with customer is most critical.

Previous history/knowledge in these areas and more may be helpful...sales, healthcare, wellness, logistics, physical therapy, military, psychology, insurance, senior lifestyles, remodeling, counseling, and small business ownership)

Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential as customers must be able to rely on your recommendations and expertise to guide their remodeling projects.

Job Type: Full-time sales and then some! We are NOT looking for people who are satisfied with a salary that only pays the bills. We want someone with serious personal financial goals.

Education: Formal Education is great (not mandatory) but you will definitely need a wealth of life experience and people skills to align you with folks as you guide them through an emotional buying process.

Summary/Objective: Your job is to build a relationship, perform product education, ask needs assessment questions, meet objections, and close the deal with financing in place and installation explained... all while in the customers' home. The distances we travel to in home appointments make it our goal to achieve ONE CALL CLOSING. Your success will be driven by your ability to create a sense of urgency in the sale.

Compensation: Realistic salary of $150K+ in your first year (our reps are always striving for more!)

This is a commission only position and has proven for those sales representatives who are a good fit for this market to be about 3 times more lucrative than the average sales salary. This is a competitive position, but training is provided. Great opportunity for over-achievers.

  • 2-3 confirmed leads a day allowing you to focus on what is most important - CUSTOMERS and SALES - without the headache of generating your own prospects.

Essential Functions: You will be issued qualified leads on a daily basis. It will be important for you to plan your road time, preview directions, prepare for bad weather, skillfully utilize cell phone, apps, GPS, and IPad and be nimble and adaptive at problem solving. You will work hard.


  • Must be extremely presentable in person, energetic, social and have great people skills.
  • Communication skills, to clearly convey the benefits of the products to a potential customer
  • Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people, building relationships and networking.
  • Confidence and strong self-assuredness required to succeed
  • Must be able to sell and close contracts.
  • Must have a valid Driver's License
  • Past sales and/or sales experience in construction or trades experience is highly desired, but not necessary.
  • Must be a Fire Starter, with a great attitude.
  • This job is 100% commission; paid training to start
