Job Description Join a CT Top Workplace as a Customer Service
Consultant II Thomaston Savings Bank seeks bilingual banking
professionals with 2 years of experience to service customers in
our Contact Center. The bilingual Customer Service Consultant II
performs a variety of administrative tasks in support of our
customers. Initiates and responds to written correspondence via
electronic banking channels and manages new account applications.
Initiates outbound customer calls on behalf of the Contact Center
and Operations Department. Supports branch staff with back office
support. Serves as a Customer Service Consultant I as needed.
Responds to all incoming electronic correspondence and determines
if the account holder requires additional support. Responsible for
new account online application administration. Assists and guide
customers in all aspects of Direct Banking channels. Provides
elevated technical and payment research to Retail customers and the
Contact Center team. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all
products and services. Cross-sell and assist customers with all
bank products and services using a needs-based approach. E.O.E. M-
F and some Saturday mornings. 40 hours per week. Position located
in Thomaston, CT
