A healthcare technology company is in need of a Remote Customer
Care Operations Quality Associate.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
Monitoring and leveraging Risk Based Analytics to execute on
Collaborating with leadership on agent performance
Managing escalations, quality concerns and process improvement
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred or 2+ years of equivalent industry
Foundational knowledge and/or mastery of athenahealth products
Understanding of various instructional methods and learning
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
