Shift**Description:**Trinity Health Of New England is looking for
an experienced PCA/CC to join our team of mission-driven healthcare

responsible for assisting while providing exceptional treatment to
patients with a variety of medical conditions.The ideal candidate
will display a drive to provide patient-centered experiences
through scholarly scientific inquiry, compassion for the human
spirit and mind, advocacy and education for the patient and
families, and collaboration with all those who touch our
patients.Will assist with patient admissions including unit set-up
and data collection. Perform activities related to patient's
activities of daily living (i.e. patient's hygiene, ambulation and
nutritional support) that incorporate age-specific, psychosocial
and environmental needs. Responds to patient call lights promptly
and courteously, transfer patients with the unit or to another
unit. Transports patients for tests/procedures, discharges patients
according to hospital guidelines. Relay patient clinical
information to the patient's nurse promptly and refer
patient/family questions and concerns to appropriate care team

High School Graduate or equivalent. Successful completion of
Nursing Assistant**Certification** : Must have current CT Nursing
Assistant Certification**CPR Certification** - BLS requiredAbility
to pass drug screenings and background checks. Read, write and
speak English.**_Preferred Skills:_**Phlebotomy, operation of EKG
