Job Description:
A growing nonprofit organization in Borough Park is seeking a
Director of Operations to oversee multiple programs, manage a large
team, and ensure smooth and organized operations across the
organization. Responsibilities Include: Overseeing daily operations
across multiple programs Managing and supporting a large staff team
Creating and maintaining operational systems and structure
Improving efficiency and internal workflows Ensuring organizational
goals are executed effectively Ideal Qualifications: Strong
operations or management experience Experience managing teams and
multiple departments Highly organized and process-oriented Strong
leadership and communication skills Nonprofit experience preferred
