Remote Purchasing Specialist

Job Description:

A marketing agency has an open position for a Remote Purchasing Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:
Managing purchasing cycle, including, creating purchase orders, receiving POs, and RFQs
Maintaining accurate delivery dates in ERP system
Managing pricing, quality, and delivery time issues with supplier
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

Bachelor's in Business Administration/Supply Chain Management; or 5+ years in Purchasing or Supply Chain
1-2 years experience managing inventory levels
1-2 years experience working with an ERP system
1-2 years of Logistics experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Working knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain Management
