and equipment Responsibilities Manage all Company Shop Equipment as
if it was your own Cleanliness of the entire shop along with annual
lift maintenance as well as the proper care of all company owned
vehicles is required Consistent and Effective Communication skills
to all relevant team members Manage, Support, Direct and Mentor Our
Shop Technicians to be highly productive and efficient while
providing class leading craftsmanship Strong awareness for
attention to detail, as well as the ability to effectively listen
and resolve conflict Professional work ethic and a consistent
positive mindset Required to be on time for your shift, and to be
available to work after your shift on occasion during peak times
Knowledge of MSDS documents and OSHA standards for automotive shop
operations Maintain a Safe Work Environment at all times for all
employees and staff Qualifications Must provide an outstanding
communication skillset --- communicates effectively with upper
management as well as with technicians and other employees. Time
management --- managing technicians time for productivity and
efficiency Basic computer skills, Excel and Word are required as
well as the willingness to advance for more computer (Information
Technology) training Clean driving record is a requirement Willing
to submit to a pre-employment background check as well as a current
drug screening report Minimum of 5 years experience working as an
experienced dispatcher or shop manager, at a Independent Repair
Facility or a Car Dealership. Must have a clear understanding,
familiar knowledge and shop experience with ABS, SRS, Engine,
Transmission, Driveline and Electronic Diagnostics and
Components.
