we’ll train you and help you feel confident from day one. You’ll
stay informed about the local market so you can give good advice,

and close more sales. You’ll also work with teammates who support
each other, share ideas, and want everyone to succeed. We’re
looking for someone who has a real estate license or is working on
getting one. You should enjoy talking to people, be comfortable
with sales, and want to keep improving your skills. If you’re

here. This role gives you a flexible schedule so you can plan your
own day. Because income is commission-based, your hard work can
lead to big results. We also provide support with marketing,
paperwork, and systems so you can focus on what you do

$225,000 yearly Responsibilities: Engage with potential clients to
understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure
repeat business and referrals. Actively seek out new sales
opportunities through networking, attending industry events, and
leveraging social media. Guide clients through the buying or
selling process, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience. Stay
informed about local market trends and property values to offer
clients the best advice. Collaborate with team members to share
insights, strategies, and support each other's success. Utilize
company-provided tools and systems to manage leads, track progress,
and close deals efficiently. Qualifications: Experience in sales,
with a passion for building relationships and helping clients
achieve their goals. Ability to communicate effectively and
persuasively, both in person and through digital channels. Proven
track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced
environment. Familiarity with the Nassau-Suffolk real estate
market, or a strong willingness to learn quickly. Comfortable using
technology and social media to generate leads and manage client
interactions. Ability to work independently while also
collaborating effectively with a supportive team. Strong
organizational skills to manage multiple clients and transactions
