Sales You’ll take the lead on residential HVAC sales in White
Plains, NY, and nearby areas including Westchester, Putnam, and
Fairfield Counties. This is a high-energy role where you'll work
directly with homeowners, offer expert guidance, and help them
choose smart, energy-efficient comfort solutions. - Respond
promptly to inbound inquiries, build rapport, and understand
customer needs - Organize and prioritize sales leads (new and
existing) for outreach and follow-up - Guide prospective clients
through HVAC system options, upgrades, and timelines - Prepare and
follow up on tailored proposals in coordination with the Sales
Manager - Assist in quote generation and related sales operations
processes - Close deals by clearly communicating long-term value
and system quality - Assist with inbound service calls when CSRs
are unavailable - Make outbound follow-up calls to ensure

sales experience (HVAC, solar, or energy a plus, but not required)
- Demonstrated success in closing sales and building rapport with
clients - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation
